These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Riviera Wine Haven to you, the buyer. By placing an order you are deemed to accept and be bound by these Terms.

• All quoted vintages, quantities and prices are correct at the time of quotation, but are subject to availability.
   
• Prices are stated per bottle unless otherwise specified, and exclude VAT and any delivery or import charges unless expressly stated.
   
• Riviera Wine Haven makes reasonable efforts to ensure products arrive in excellent condition and only sources from reputable suppliers to ensure provenance.
   

• Payment is due in full at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
   
• Accepted methods: Bank transfer, credit card (excluding American Express unless agreed), or other methods as may be notified by Riviera Wine Haven.
   
• For card payments equal to or exceeding €5,000 EUR (or equivalent), a processing fee of 1.5% will apply.
   
• For credit cards issued outside the EU, an additional card-fee of 2.9% may apply.
   
• Riviera Wine Haven may require a deposit for exceptional or special orders.
   
• No cancellation of payment or charge-back rights unless expressly agreed and subject to the product being unused and in original condition.
   

• Ownership of the goods remains with Riviera Wine Haven until full payment of their purchase price (and any related costs) has been received.
   
• Once payment is accepted and the goods are delivered, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you (the buyer).
   

• Estimated delivery times will be indicated at the time of order and confirmed by Riviera Wine Haven; however, these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
   
• Minimum order values, delivery fees, and free-delivery thresholds may apply (and will be advised at time of order).
   
• For deliveries outside the Immediate Region (for example international shipments), additional fees, handling charges or export formalities may apply.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details (address, contact, accessibility) are accurate. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete instructions may be charged to you.
   

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase, returns of goods cannot be accepted and there is no sale-or-return facility.
   
• If you believe goods delivered to you are damaged, defective or do not correspond to the order, you must notify Riviera Wine Haven in writing within a reasonable timeframe (to be specified) and await instructions before disposing of or returning any goods.
   
• Riviera Wine Haven reserves the right to inspect the goods and/or waive its return/refund obligations if the condition of goods has been altered or they have been used or consumed.
   

• Riviera Wine Haven warrants that it has the right to sell the goods and that at the time of delivery they conform to any description given.
   
• Aside from this, all other warranties, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   
• Riviera Wine Haven’s liability for any claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price of the goods in respect of which the claim is made. In no event shall Riviera Wine Haven be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of goodwill.
   

Riviera Wine Haven shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to fire, flood, strikes, lock-outs, transport delays, import/export restrictions, pandemics, supplier disruption).

These Terms and any contract formed between you and Riviera Wine Haven shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Riviera Wine Haven is domiciled. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with it.

• Any variation to these Terms must be agreed in writing by Riviera Wine Haven.
   
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, that provision shall to that extent be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
   
• A waiver by Riviera Wine Haven of any right under these Terms is only effective if in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or right.
